Court #181 Named 2025 Court of the Year at National Convention
We are humbled, grateful, and filled with joy to share that St. Felicitas–St. Ailbe Court #181 has been named the 2025 Court of the Year at the Knights of Peter Claver National Convention!
This recognition reflects the dedication, prayer, and hard work of our Ladies and Junior Daughters who continue to serve our parish, community, and the wider Church with faith and love. From providing meals and clothing for families in need, to supporting survivors of domestic violence and trafficking, to mentoring our youth, Court #181 has worked tirelessly to live out the mission of our patron, St. Peter Claver, who called himself the “slave of the slaves forever.”
We are especially proud of the Archbishop James P. Lyke African American Male Image Awards, which, for over 25 years, has uplifted positive role models and provided scholarships for our youth. Through this program and so many others, Court #181 remains committed to service, justice, and the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
This award is not just an honor for our Court, but a call to continue the work of building a more compassionate, faith-filled, and empowered community. We thank our parish family at St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church, our Junior Daughters, our brothers and sisters in the Knights of Peter Claver, and all who support us in prayer and service.
Together, we celebrate this milestone, and together, we will keep moving forward—faithful, united, and committed to the mission of Claverism.
Congratulations, Court #181 family, this is your victory! ✨
